Not in his jurisdiction but if it were he would handle it.
Inmates in Sheriff Joes jail up the road live in tents year round and are forced to wear pink jail clothes and eat baloney sandwiches.
Some inmates complained about the heat in the summer and Sheriff Joe told them to just be quiet and shut up cause there were kids in Iraq in 130 degree temps wearing full combat gear and they had not even committed a crime.
Every state needs a Sherrif Joe. He is fair but hard.
The male inmates are not allowed any "mens magazines or any "luxury" of any kind. Sheriff Joe runs a taut ship.
You either love him or you hate him.
