Well i changed the plugs and took the horseshoe pieces off friday and went riding all day saturday...and theres a huge difference...it was just running totally better. I was hitting around 85 before i got a little sputtering which is fine by me.

So i ended up putting on 100 miles saturday, checked the plugs, and there were pretty much brown. I still think i need to change the jetting a bit because my pilots are huge compared to my mains, but all in all im totally happy with the way all this worked out. Theres definately a sense of accomplishment when youre working on your bike for a bit, and you take it out and see a pretty big improvement.
