Hey Mate:

Sounds like me and you have about the same set-up, I'm running T-Bike pipes. Uni Filter, snorkle out and AI removed on my 05 TBA and I used Pat's jetting calc http://www.dinqua.com/ and it set me up with 132 mains 42 pilot's and I have my mixture screws out @3 turns and my bike runs and sounds Great.
