OK, so here's the admission: I got up, drank coffee, dressed myself to do some serious Sunday riding, and went for my keys. So where were they? Still in the ignition from yesterday and still turned on!

My battery is flatter that Paris Hilton's chest and I have now attached it to a charger. My question? How long before I will have enough charge to ride? It's 10:12 am and the charger's been on for 10 minutes.

I posted here rather than "Technical" because everyone reads here but few read "Technical" - and I am sitting here wanting to ride a.s.a.p.

Fire her up! She will charge while riding. Been there, done that...

I have jumped my bike from a car before (I did the same thing, except I was not at home). After only a half hour of riding, the battery was fine.

So I left it on charge for two hours and after that, all was well. I guess I could have gone for the 30 minute special but not to worry! Great day for riding here in Ohio so I made the most of it
