Triumph has had some issues with the front rotors. I've done 3 for customers, and one on my own bike because of warpage.
The good news is, the replacment rotor is redesigned a tiny bit, and I haven't had any issues with any of the bikes I've changed them out on. Of course, Triumph won't just give them away, and have to be out of spec.......
Mine goes back into Hinckley for warped disc on the 19th of this month, they seem to suspect that the suspension is wrong for some reason, but why does it stop when they replace the disc 
Three years on and the fourth rotor/disc, and on the second front wheel..
