Phil, The top case is the JC Whitney Large case that they sell for 89 bucks and the side cases are Givi cases bolted to the Easy Brackets.

As for the Garage and equipment, my equipment is cheap and the garage is just a luxury. I bought that lathe 7 or 8 years ago and the first 2 or 3 years I had it, I machine out of our extra/laundry room in the back of the house. Through college I made a decent living making gun and RC racing parts. I was glad I started in the house, it makes you a clean freak. We had dogs at the time and I terrified they would eat a metal chip. That lathe looked brand new for 3 years. Now during the winter I machine miniature engines for model engineering shows but it takes two or three years to complete one. So little projects like this one is fun because they are quick and simple. If I can do it anyone can, Dean
