Not entirely true. I had the benefit of reading the opinions (regarding both reliability and handling) of the members on this very site for almost a year (around 4 years ago) before going ahead and buying the bike.

Sorry again Mark, but in my past 29 years of riding I cannot remember myself ever "dressing up" with a brand's merchandise in order to "play the part" as do most of the HD croud (including here in Greece). Forgive my lack of more appropriate descriptions but I think you know what I am referring to.
I will, however, agree 1000 per cent with you that the bike "spoke" to me (and still does).
