I agree. For the price, the bolts are worth it.

Definitely use a SIX sided socket when removing the stock riser nuts and installing the new ones. There must be NO slop. The stock ones are tighter than a nun's.... well, you get the point. Use a breaker bar and go slow!!

I have some 14 gauge wire that I bolted overhead of where I park the bike to work on her that is about 24" apart and long enough to reach the bike and then some. Works like a charm to keep your tank from getting dinged and the bars from getting scratched while you are doing this job or any other that requires handlebar removal.
