I was entertaining the idea of a group,20 or so,convening at a church and riding approx. 50 miles to a restaurant and do some shopping and return.Would I need to get a waiver of liability form for riders to protect myself and the church ?It would not be a fundraiser and no funds would be collected for dinner,ect.If any one has any experience or insight,I would be grateful.
