I searched the forums to see if anyone posted about this yet, and I didn't find anything. Then again, I have never been able to actually find what I'm looking for with a search so who knows. If this was already hashed and re-hashed, then I don't know what to tell you.

I'm walking threw the local supermarket with the little lady, you know. Just doing the weekly shopping for our little joint. We are laughing, discussing the days work, just your average american couple. Then I see it. Right by the prepackaged cheeses, and assorted italian salads, and specialty meats. Staring at me, that old familiar orange hue. I can't believe that I'm staring at a cardboard cutout, stand up display for Harley Davidson's Beef Jerky. "Road Food" I almost fainted. I thought the V-twin Zin was bad. I took a couple pic's with my phone but I'm not smart enough to figure out how to post them. What has this place come to?

When everyone gets bored with the same old Harleys, at least they can sell food, wine, and god knows how many other things. That is amusing!

Next time you're there, ask the manager if "road food" is made of real road kill.

I was just searching for pics, and came across some of thier advertising campagians. Jebus, Harley has come out with a new type of fuel, but this kind is for your mouth, not your tank. Unreal.

Stewe - I might be young, or just stupid, haven't figured it out yet, but I don't have the slightest clue what your talking about. Are you talking about british chips? and beans and toast - maybe I'm just niave.

Siggy

Well, no wonder you're looking at beef jerky. Probably right next to the Twinkies, eeh?

Yeah, I know....Me and Kimmy rode out to Oxford Alabama on Saturday night to see a co-worker play in his band at the Oxford (Mt. Cheaha) Harley dealership. I told one of the salesmen, "Yeah, that's a real nice bike, but I just can't see paying 22,000 for a motorcycle, ******, I bought 2 new Triumphs for the price of that bike, at twice the quality", his response? "Yeah, but it ain't a Harley"...I was like, what ever....Kimmy was pulling me out the door by then...

Yeah, what you would call fries, only not so thinly cut. Fried bread is what it sounds like - a slice of (white) bread fried in oil!!

Nobby, I've been to England and Scottland, but I always herd it called "beans & toast" And I live in fish and chip town USA. We actually had like 3 guys from my town go to the world cup......not that american soccer is anything compared to the rest of the world.
