Just great, this has effectively ruined my day. It doesn't sound like they want to get too out of hand enforcing this, but I'm probably getting optimistic. How the heck would I go about getting an EPA stamp anyway?
Hopefully, this will only really be enforced in the money/ yuppie neighborhoods, (Cherry Creek, Sloan Lake, etc,) but unfortunately my neigborhood is fitting more in to that category everyday.
Sheesh, just move to the freakin suburbs already.
