I also like the Joe Rocket Phoenix 4.0. Removing the liner lets plenty of air through, while still providing a good amount of protection via the armor. Just bought one for my dad (he's a Beemer guy) and one for myself.
I go to parties, sometimes untill 4. It's hard to leave when you can't find the door.
