For those of you who wonder if it matters to the families, I just received a letter forwarded by Bob Stone (Cpt. CT PGR) from the parents of Lt. Heidtman expressing their thanks and mentioning not only what it meant to them, but to friends of Lt. Heidtman who were there prior to returning to Iraq. It does make a difference, even if all you can do is support them in mind and spirit.
