A long time ago, MMO had a kit you could mount on your car that fed the oil in a controlled dosage. If I remember correctly, upper cylinder lubrication was the intended goal. Valve guides used to wear rapidly and MMO did slow that down on old tech engines(loose tolerances and antiquated metalurgy). I figure at worst it does no harm, so putting it in a modern engine could be a benifit. Besides, I just like the name "Marvel Mystery Oil."
