Man, sounds like either a vacuum leak or a gas problem. Do a very close check all the rubber caps and the carb mount boots. If you haven't done anything lately, pull the gas line off the carb and put it in a can, open up the petcock and see if gas flows well. Consider yanking the little filter between the carbs.
