I used to until I sold a bike on eBay. It was a 1975 Honda and the guy seemed to think I'd sold him a warrantee on a 30 year old bike. For six months he called me everytime anything went wrong and seemed to think I should make it right for him.
Good point. "As Is" would eliviate you from those responsibilities
