Don't worry also in Italy we have some "intelligent" people like the so called "Vigili Urbani" (Urban Vigilantes) or the so called local police with only administrative and ticket writing job...
They have been able to sue me and report to court because I didn't help injured persons in a road accident between my bike and a car, where the only injured person was MYSELF.
Yes I've been reported to court because I didn't helped myself because I refused to go to first aid hospital and decided to go 3 hours later because I didn't feel pains at the moment of the accident.
The judge asked me and to his collegue if it was a joke... :-)
The local police dept didn't send an its representative...
I've been absolved because is something nonexistent in laws injured person who doesn't help himself...
And also the law admits a major age person to refuse medical aids.
But I had to pay near $1500 for the office lawer and the burocracy fees...
