There was an idiot in Stroudsburg painting a building a few years ago and his back was to the bank wall when he was painting the wall he was working on. This mental midget got down off the scaffold went next door robbed the bank then got back up on the scaffold and went back to work. Needless to say he was rather quickly arrested. I am not sure but I think it was about 7 or 8 years ago and was in the Pocono Record our local new paper for you guys who like looking things up to validate.
