Ignorance at a high level, nothing more. The Lotus uses a Toyota engine, the LR uses a BMW still ( or is it the American Duratec ? ). As for a Ferrari, try to keep it running for long without major time to keep it going, and major cash to do the same.
Why wasnt a Vette used to run against the sport cars? Perhaps cause the results would be different, just like using an H1 against the LR, heck even a good ol Jeep would beat the LR ( and the LR definitely NEEDS the 24 hr free road side service, the break so often in regular driving ).
