The size 120, is a bore size. It is 1.2mm in bore size. it's THAT SIMPLE. A 135 jet has a 1.35mm bore etc. The 42 pilot is a 0.42mm bore. Remember these are japanes carbs - metric!!
I bought a 1.4mm bit and drilled my 120 main jet to 140. No problem. Yes I could buy some - I'd just have to wait a month! Our dealer has jets for the Harleys (same carbys) and the lowest he could get me was 165.
Drilling is NO PROBLEM - just do it carefully.

Drilling is not a good idea, however sometimes I also drill and use them, but only when I don't find a new one of the desired size.

Because jets are not only drilled. They are drilled and flowed.

Sometimes a 132 is not a 1,32mm, sometimes is a 134 that flows like a 132.
You can't know your drilled 140 flow like a 135 in the right cylinder and a drilled 140 flow right like a 140 on the left cylinder of your bike.

Also the conicity is important. The cone shape inside the jet is made to let the carburant flow have the right acceleration. Drilling the jet the conicity ends at a different point.

And about the Harley jets, NOPE you can't use main jets, only pilot jets are the same.
After 1994-96 Keihin has changed main jet dimension making the same as Mikuni. Before 1994-96 they were bigger in external and thread size. Harley maintained the previous size.

You can find plenty of jets from a Kawasaki reseller and service, because Kawa has always used Keihin in various sizes. CVK32-40 are on ZRX1100/1200, GPZ900, ZX10/11, ER5, KLR, VN800/1500 and many others.
