The internal shape of a jet is not a straight cylinder bore- it is hourglass shaped to promote dispersion of the liquid particles. The 160/ 120/whatever is a flow rate, not a really hole size. Of course there is a size associated to it as a certain size die is needed to make it, but again, you will only ruin the jet if you drill it.
