Dog, tell them to move to Connecticut. From what I have heard, teachers salaries here are astronomical, especially compared to the rest of the country. OF course, once they get their paycheck, the Ladies and Gentlemen in Hartford will do every thing in their power to reduce that pay back down to the level that one would receive in a rural school in Mississippi, but at least they'll start out with a fat paycheck....
