Its an absolute overreach of govt. They should learn to spend on a budget, and cut when needed. There are many wasteful programs that are ripe for the axe ( and I will avoid naming any, lest I be accused of making this a political thread ).
The nice thing is if you live in south Washington, just jump the river and shop in Oregon, save the sales tax there ( or has that changed too ).
