I used a 3/4 inch pipe black like they use to run gas lines in your house. 3 and a 1/2 foot piece should do it. Inserted pipe near the edge and brought both down on cement. work around should take 4 or 5 hits. After loose. Then used a coat hanger with a hook, slip it in the small tube hole put the other end in a vice and gave it a good yank. Out it came. Works for all except the first one. The first one I drilled all around the edge then used a drimmel to smooth it down.
