As well as the sintered, I have also had EBC "normal" pads and these were fine, will be fitting them when mine need changing. Was only the sintered ones I didn't like ( didn't seem to work too well, and also a lot of noise.)That said, there are others here who really like the sintered. Don't pay over the odds for the Trump ones - you can get EBC from a bike shop or their website
