Let me add my thanks for this board. In my short stay, I have learned so much and the expertise here is phenomenal. I have been a member of numerous automobile and motorcycle boards over the years, and this one is the best of all of them. Thanks for being here.

I have to agree I check in several times a day. Some of the techy stuff goes way over my head. But to the guys who know there stuff thanks for sharing. There was a post some time ago about the biking community well if the ethos of a biking community is carried over from the BA.com site to our personal lives we are that much richer. Rarely do we come across so may people who are prepared to spend time freely giving advice and help to people they dont know and all without the usual kerrching of a cash register. Host, Mods and members many thanks. One dispute I would have with the site is the black is best Pfffffft. Now if its Graphite and silver then yer talking my language.

I'm a real greenA here but every time I think about posing a question, I go to the archives and find my answer. Now that's what I call a productive site. I agree that many thanks are in order. It's always an interesting read here, even the domestic spats.

No doubt, it takes work and time to make this site happen. I really appreciate it. I have gotten valuable information and have enjoyed sharing learned and experienced knowledge of my own. I've also found it quite addictive. Having a computer on my desk all day makes the temtation hard to resist.
I may have to start BA Anonymos.... hello, my name is Bob, and I'm a BA addict!

DOMESTIC SPATS?!! What are you talking about? I challenge you to find evidence of even one minor disagreement, let alone a full blown spat!! And should you, I think Phil and Dwight should each pay you $50!!! How's that for a fair deal...

There has never been any spats round these parts. Greg is correct in that estimation.
Now theres been a few minor skirmishes and internicine warfare .....but no goldanged spats!

Sorry Kevin, but I have to disagree with you!
Whenever I'm sporting my Fedora and zoot-suit around here, I never really feel my wardrobe is fully complete without those spats laced atop those Florsheims of mine!
(here's to the site and to all the many people who make it so worthwhile...may it last until The Jitterbug returns as the lastest dance craze again)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

I'll add my vote. This is a great site, and any doubts I had about putting my 60-year-old a** on a Triumph have disappeared. And on top of it, you guys are funny. I'm still trying to mash together my hydrogen and oxygen molecules cause I'm thirsty.

It's been a suprise to find a group that's as close and supportive as this. For the variety of individual styles, philosophies, countries, and attitudes to be able to help each other this way is no small thing. This really is from a commitment to our bikes, respect for others who commit to these bikes, the efforts of the moderators, and the founders of this site. Huge... thanks all.

Ah, back to basics and again all my appreciation to Robert and those that keep this place great. We have great members also, but without the moderators it would not be anything close to the same place.
BA has Freak, 160mains, 44pilots, air mix3 1/2 to 4 turns, BUBS dresser dogs. Never had more fun on any bike - 2nd bike 2008 RIIIT
