You could try the 17T sprocket. When I had mine, I left 1200 Sportys behind me. I changed to the 18T, not as quick off the line, but overall better for me, especially traveling. I wouldn't go to a 16 unless quick starts are pretty much all you care about.
The 135 jets for the TORs seem a bit high to me even with the airbox drilled. I assume you changed to a better filter like a UNI.
My pipes and jets are slightly different but I don't have any trouble keeping up with Sportsters and can beat most of them without a big bore kit.
