Having been in customer service and sales for the last 15 years of my life, some of this chaps my behind. I too think it is wildly inappropriate to "air your dirty laundry" in a public forum when it comes to something like this. Why? Because the other side has a story to tell as well and may not get to do so if they are unaware of what you are doing. EVERY business has problems and snafus from time to time. EVERY business! It's what they do about it that sets them apart. I have been doing business with Brent for a couple of years now, with only one problem. I did not post in the forum about it, I called Brent, he fixed it immediately and we are still friends! Give someone EVERY OPPORTUNITY to fix your problem before you go shouting how terrible they are from the tallest soapbox you can find. I doubt there are more than a handful of people out there that Brent and Jessica haven't been able to satisfy, and those are the people that CANNOT be satisfied. I've been running into them for years, and we all meet them. I'm not saying anyone who has posted here is "that person" because I don't know you, I'm just stating that a reasonable person can be satisfied and returned to the fold after a mishap and business can continue as usual.

We all need to take a step back and realize how fortunate we are to have pioneers like Brent & Co to make our goodies for us. How many here are satisfied with the accessory line-up Triumph puts out? If we were satisfied, Brent wouldn't be in business! Thank you, Brent and Jessica (Mom and Pop too!) for being there for us. I appreciate you!

More and more people are buying these bikes, which means more parts and accessories are sold all the time. Our group is growing, which means business is growing. How about we all relax a bit while the Newspeedmaster.com group works hard to grow with it?
