Hi Brent...no, I don't think it's inappropriate to bring this up on a public forum. Vendor's reliability and reputation are often discussed in this forum (and others), as are dealers and Triumph themselves...often as a heads-up to other members to avoid pitfalls in their dealings, other times to pass along a good thing.

I think it's important to note several things...communication is happening here...discussion...and issues are being resolved. The air is being cleared by dialogue and that's what it's all about...communication, as I've said previously.

For my part, I'm satisfied. Somebody screwed up, an apology was made, missing/wrong parts have been shipped, and assurances have been given. That's what I wanted, that's what I got, and in the end that's what I expect for customer service from ANY company I give my hard earned money to. Thanks Brent and Jessica. I will order from you again.
