I recently sent an E mail and so far no reply. I did finally get the part I waited 5 months for though.Before this service has always been good for me too. I don't know what the story is but I agree with what was stated above blaming it on a baby is a cop out.It may be increased demand on a small co. I think that is probably the most likely.
