now you're just making excuses...my wife and I had a baby a few years ago too, like many people do. We still had jobs to do, and to get done right. I would never consider using my baby as an excuse for poor quality control.

However, as I previously posted, they are in the process of making things better and have apologized for the blunders (without excuses) and given assurances that they would do better next time...and that's good enough for me. I'll absolutely give them another chance.
