there is no questions vendors can do wrong, no matter who. also need to keep in mind we do have limited options, it sucks but it is what it is. it also seems recently our community seems to be growing a bit faster than normal and these little business have a much bigger load to deal with. stay on top of it. from dealing with brent TONS of times i am sure he will make it right.
