I agree about Fast Eddy...I've ordered a thing or 2 from him in the past and was very pleased with quality and customer service...FWIW, I have to say I have heard from Jessica at NewBonneville and she has offered apologies for the blunders and they are working on making things right. I have ordered several thousand dollars worth of goods from them in the last couple years, and have usually been satisfied...I don't know what went wrong this time, but I'll give them another chance.
Communication is absolutely the key to customer service. I wonder sometimes if, as small businesses grow larger, they forget that, as they enter the comfort zone of a large client base.
