Um, I think I might have a couple of witnesses around here from the last few days that could tell you how good my bike handles 2 up. Saxtron and BigBill were behind my wife and I part way up Mingus Mountain before they thought better about trying to keep up.
But then that's my 6th time on that road, and they don't know it at all.
If you ride 2 up and want good handling, get the Progressive 412 Heavy Duty shocks, or something even better. I didn't get a huge improvement solo with the 412 HD, but 2 up they are a big improvement over the stock shocks. I had about 36,000 miles on the bike with the stockers, and have another 17,000 with the 412 HDs.
