Dog__33 eye protection is mandatory in Ct also. The guy on the Sportster I discrided, I think was just trying to get to a nearby point A from a nearby Point B, Like I said a light rain was falling, he was wearing a t-shirt and jeans, and did not look wet. Just goes to show ya even if you are just running to the store for a pack of smokes...stuff can happen.
