For all you cats who purchased belt drives from Bob Oswald at QPD I have an FYI regarding them that may affect you.
While getting new tires mounted at the local Triumph dealer and having the cush drive replaced (40,000 mi.) the mech. noticed side to side play with the rear belt drive sprocket and upon closer examination found that the counter sunk allen head bolts were tight but the sprocket hadn't been counter bored on the other side. Nice catch Dave!

Glad to say sprocket is now properly counter bored and loc-tighted (sic)
Wonder if thats why my original belt snapped at 1700 mi. while I was hammering throught the gears at redline.
Anyway I thought those of you who had one of these units may want to check it out for the counter boring issue.
