That's hilarious! I'm saving that to use on my kids in a few years.
I remember the first VCR we got...top load with a "remote control." Never mind that the remote control was attached to a fifteen-foot-long cord and had to be plugged into the VCR...my dad thought he was king of the world when he could change channels without leaving his chair (or yelling at one of us to do it).
