Like Phil said. All very simple. All this is outside the carbs (no dissasembly). Idle air mixture (pilot) only affects bike at idle speed, but helps keep pipes from turning blue and helps at initial throttle-up. Depending on your year of bike, you might need a special tool (cheap)or the remove the pilot cover caps (easy and one-time deal).
The carb synch is for about 2000 rpm and more. If your bike runs good now, you can wait, no hurry. No need unless/until you want max performance/smoothness from whatever bike setup you have at the time.
