question about main jets-size not marked on jets

i just replaced my main jets with 135's and i noticed the old jets i took out werent marked??? is there any easy way i can find out what size the old ones are?? thanks cliff

Never had any not marked. Some markings are very hard to see though. You can slide drill bits through then until you find the one thats the same size.

they should be marked, especially if factory pieces

If in your area there's a carburetor service with calibrated drills they can say you how big is the hole tring different drills.

After that you can put into small plastic box and write with a permanent marker the size out of the boxes.

I do it when I need a particular size and don't find it.
I buy smaller size jets and get them drilled the size I need.
So I orderly catalog every jet into marked boxes and be careful to don't let them mixed.
