I doubt it. The only way it would be possible is if city and state were separated in our bios. As it is, the most that could happen is maybe Robert could alter the
User List page to include the user bio location field in one of the columns, but that wouldn't sort based on state alone. It would sort based on whatever people listed in their location in their bio pages. So even though I'm in Montana, it would sort on "East Helena, MT" and put me in the E's alphabetically.
The only other possible solution is that there might be a plug-in out there for UBB that would allow the bio pages and User List to be customized. Even if such a plug-in was available, everyone would have to go back to their bios and re-enter their state in a separate field.
That's a bit of technobabble. Clear as mud?
