You like that carbtune? I am using a old vac gauge setup not the best I know but better then eye blind for tuning with my gauge i get about 22 in vac so I guess I am in the ball park.Talking about vacume check the vac caps on the engine side of the carb pipe I guess it get hot dried out the rubber lots of cracks.
