Maybe a couple of weeks, but a month and they have not touched it yet. The fact they will give you a loaner is a good start, but if you asked them if you can keep the loaner until your bike is done, I'm sure they would start working on it right away.
And NO I do not think you are being unreasonable in getting a little peeved at this point.
