Its closing in a month and it still hasn't been started. This is really starting to annoy me. Yes its a warranty job, and I'm sure they are making more money doing the other work. But this is ridiculous. I bought a new bike so I could ride when I wanted to ride. Not so I could sit around and not have a machine.
Is this me over reacting or is this justified.
They will give me another loaner for the weekend but to me this isn't the point.
