Hey Britrover

As far as I know there's no triumph dealers that stock AI removal kits, coz it's not an officially approved thing. As such it technically breaches your warranty, however any dealer with a half decent mechanic will realise that it has no impact on the warranty and will happilly ignore it - however if you have one particular dealer you're planning on using a lot for warranty stuff it's a good idea to talk to their mechanic (not the guy on the floor) about it first and get his ok.

There's several companys that sell the removal kits (or you can even make your own out of sump plugs for certain cars) but by far the best one's Brent at newspeedmaster, if only for the fact that he supports us so well. (His AI plugs also have funky union jacks machined into the tops tho.)

Something else to be aware of that'll blue your pipes is putting on a more open exhaust system without putting larger jets into the carbs as that'll lean the mixture out badly.

Finally you might want to search for a recent thread concerning fitting a "balance hose" between your carbs when you remove your AI. This is just a vacume hose that goes from one inles manifold to the other and gives a smoother idle. I used the vacume hose that supplied the AI pump and simply rerouted it to the other carb.
