Hey Grit, good luck getting the dealer to adjust those screws correctly... It's something you can do without removing anything from the bike, check out
Pat's web page and read thru his carb stuff. Don't get scared, it's not that hard, but somewhere in there I think there is a solid picture of the screws you need to adjust. Also, here's a link to Brent's AI removal kit at
Newspeedmaster.com . He has tons of other stuff on there to, warm up the credit card.... If you keep searching, you'll find all the info you need on the AI removal stuff. Removing the AI and adjusting the screws should prevent bluing, and the blue away should get rid of it. I have some, but haven't used it yet, hopefully someone else can elaborate!
