Yep, do-able but an all day ride...good thing, around here there are multiple options. FSM to Hot springs is about 160 miles...I know there is also a great german place in HS but then again ther are several in Eureka Springs too, and the roads around Eureka are better than HS, (my opin)another options for you to look at on the old Rand McNalley is up Old Hwy 71, then 16 to Eureka and back down 7 Or, go West down 59 (Ar or Ok) .....Multiple options, Multiple fun

I just looked on the NH rally site, for August. They have; sacrificing virgins night, swimming, movies night, a dyno and a dealer visit. I think we need to work on our incentives to get Yota to come to Ark.

Think we have had like 3 weeks of nothing but rain,getting tired of looking at 3 bikes and cant even ride around the block.But I bet it will be ****** hot by the time we do go

Here is the scoop ! The weekend of the "Great Gathering" is also the weekend of the ham radio convention at Queen Wilhelmina State Park....get reservations now or you will need to look for a room in Mena AR (10 miles away)....I just reserved my camping spot ( Site #33) The wife and I spent a couple of days there for the 4th and the place is nice.... Actually due to the lodge being filled we moved the gathering to the Y City lodge. It's way back on page 5 of this thread. Maybe we should start another thread to make sure there aren't any more misunderstandings.

Oh ! , Y-city is a real arm-pit..... hmmmm, well, let me think about this.......since I have a camp site at QW , might just do that and ride the drive.........oh well.

At $40 a night the rooms won't be anything to write home about, but they had plenty of room for us and are biker friendly. I don't intend to spend much time in the room anyways. I'm just glad we'll get to meet up with you. Hopefully you'll stay at Y City so we can stay up and "swap lies" as Terry says, but either way it will be a great time.

If the rain don't stop we all will need a canoe to get there!

mmmmm...meth girl...

We (the wife, kids, and I)spent Thanksgiving week in the Ozarks and Ouachitas (we were in the cage of course ). We stopped by the Y City lodge, so I could prove to Em that it was s bad as I described (failed to take pics the first time around). I didn't see meth girl, but her meth head husband/brother was standing out front (he was creepy in a Deliverence sort of way ). It was just as scary as I remembered (I sware I heard dueling banjos coming from the deriction of the creeepy trailer out back).

I feel dirty just thinking about that place- I'm going to go take a shower now....

yeah I bet the meth girl was with Yota,thats just my thought on that..
