Like Derek said, the 500 was imported to the US for a couple of years, I believe. Honda did make a 250 & 400 version.. for about a 5-year timespan (late-80s's to early-90's).
They're a fun ride.. extremely smooth if you keep the rev's up, but strictly a day-tripper & no match for a Truxton.
