The Scootworks belt drive in their Honda kit came in a 4" square box neatly folded (well, more like turned inside out) in a figure 8 style. Their belt is not as wide as the usual HD suspect so it is more malleaeble. That said, I don't think there's really a way to carry it already mounted in the swingarm. And, believe me, it takes both hands and a good lift to install their kit.
