I good friend just picked up a Softtail Deluxe in black and white. 2006, V&H exhaust, HD Bags, chrome this and chrome that...with 2,600Km on the clock. Well under retail and no waiting, it belonged to a yuppie who bought it as "decoration" and sold it to because it was sitting in his garage collecting dust  ...by the way we have around 50 days of non-riding weather here  I see quite a few of these types of scenarios, especially with the more arm chair orientated Harleys.
As for yuppies, its cool...more second hand bargins to be had. 
...yes, that is a single seat...no, I will not put the other seat on...yes, I am selfish...yes, you should buy your own bike
