Hermey's in PA had some beautiful bags, I believe they were Triumph Accesories. Didn't see a price tag, but they were nice and I bet pricey.
FWIW, I have an el-cheapo. It hangs off my forward control bars and is pretty much unseen (that was the goal). It catches road spray/dirt so I wouldn't want a pricey bag hanging down there. I use it to carry tools to fix my friends HD's, good to be useful.
